I`m inviting you to join me and kick start your new year with a unique NEW YEAR RESOLUTION YOGA RETREAT.
We will be staying at a beautiful Texan lake house by one of the most beautiful lakes in Texas – Lake Travis.
This 4 days/3 night retreat will provide you with plenty of opportunities to connect with nature, find peace and clarity, and it will be the perfect place to reflect on the past year and create your intentions for the New Year.
In this retreat, I will guide you through two daily yoga classes. These classes will help you deepen your physical practice by developing more strength, flexibility, stamina and explore beyond asana with meditation and pranayama. Moreover, we will connect to nature, fill up our lungs with fresh clean air, we will create vision boards, set intentions, and gain clarity and calmness for the new year to come.
This will be a perfect opportunity to quiet and center ourselves as we embrace 2018.

What’s included in this retreat

I`ll coach you how to prepare healthy, easy, and delicious meals to give your body the best energy and nutrients.
- Two daily yoga classes
We will begin every morning with different meditation and power yoga to break a sweat and strengthen our body.
Every evening we will rap the day with mellow yoga flow (to improve flexibility) combine with restorative yoga(to let go of any tension) and sweet meditation for a clearer mind.
- Inversions & arm balances workshop
In this workshop, you will learn all the tricks and tips how to take your practice to the next level by adding some arm balances and inversions to your practice. I`ll break down the most common inversions and arm balances so you will be excited to master them.
- Setting intentions workshop
We will have fun by setting a personal intention and will work on our vision boards to create a brighter and happier future.
- Hiking + Professional Yoga Photoshooting
We will escape exploring beautiful Lake Travis and everyone will have a chance to get 3 professional yoga photos.
- Nutrition coaching
I`ll coach you how to build your weekly nutrition plan to stay energized, maintain your ideal weight, and always feel your best.

Liel Cheri is an experience and passionate 200h E-RYT yoga teacher and a health coach based in Dallas, TX.
Liel has a few yoga & health certifications as Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Acro Yoga, Health Coaching and more.
Liel has a strong drive to spread love, joy, and peace in her teaching, you will find her classes really fun but yet challenging and relaxing at the same time which will stretch you out of your comfort zone to a new level of strength, body-mind awareness, and flexibility.
Liel has begun her Yoga journey in 2010 as a practitioner, and yoga has been a light in her life since then. Along the way, Liel noticed positive changes in her own body, energy level, a relaxing mind which brought dramatic changes into her life.
Liel made a commitment to dedicate her life to the practice of yoga, share this harmony with the world and became a yoga instructor in 2013.
Our journeys are meant to be shared, and in Liel`s classes, you will feel a strong sense of community as we move, breathe, explore new edges and laugh with one another.
To keep the practice of yoga alive and inspired, Liel offers something new and different in her each and every class with sequences that emphasize safe alignment, breath awareness, and self-exploration.
