Homemade granola is the easiest and the fastest thing to make, and when you make it yourself, it becomes even more joyful and delicious.

Granola is super useful in your kitchen, you can use it for so many things.
Instead, eating cereals for breakfast, you can switch it to granola with almond milk  – so delicious, healthy and nutritious. It will make your body healthier, stronger and energized.

Another way, you can add your granola into a Greek yogurt, add some strawberries, pomegranate seeds with a drizzle of raw honey on top! So damn delicious 🙂

Also,  I love making smoothie bowls and sprinkle my homemade granola on top of it with some berries and woo-ha! Excellent breakfast or snack 🙂

Moreover, your homemade granola can be useful for traveling, you can take it with you anywhere, you don`t need to keep it in the fridge.

This homemade granola packed with protein and healthy fats, so no guilt involved EVER.

What you will need:

♥ 4 cups rolled oats (organic if possible)
♥ 1/2 cup coconut oil
♥ 1/2 cup maple syrup or / agave syrup
♥ Dash of Himalayan or sea salt
♥ Any nuts and dry fruits that you like!

I love to add a lot of everything: almonds, hazelnuts, dry cranberries, dry apricots, figs, cashews, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate chip, etc…
Basically, anything you like or have at home can work, you can`t make it wrong 🙂

♥ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
♥ Mix all the ingredients well, making sure the coconut oil and the syrup evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
♥ Spread the mixture out on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 -25 minutes – until it’s golden and your kitchen smells delicious.
♥ Let the granola cool down completely and store it in covered glass containers.

Let me know how you like it!

From my heart to yours Liel.
