What you will need:

INGREDIENTS 
– 1 1/2  cup frozen (or not) mango chunks
– 1/2 cup frozen (or not) pineapple
– 1 banana
– 1 cup coconut or almond milk 
– optional: 1/2 cup rolled oats (for more fiber & thickness )

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add your favorite toppings – like: sliced banana, shredded coconut, fresh strawberries, any berries, chopped raw and unsalted almonds or any nuts, chia seeds, granola, hemp seeds, etc.
